Welcome to the Oeschinensee. The gondola lift, children's skiing in Oeschiland, the Bire and Wittenen ski lifts and the valley run are open. Hiking trails no. 7 and 8 from the mountain station to the lake are open. The lake is open for ice fishing and the Ice Walks danger level 1.

Current hiking and piste info

Winter hiking to the lake Oeschinen open. Enjoy a walk on the frozen and snow-covered short or long ice walk. An impressive experience - walking on the lake surrounded by the imposing mountains of the Blümlisalp massif.

Lockers and ski depot

Large, medium and small lockers are available at the valley and mountain stations. There are also ski depots on the mountain and in the valley. You can comfortably put on your ski equipment in the heated room in the valley station. Payment is possible by card, mobile phone or coin.

Picnic area

In the mountain station, 1st basement (take the path around the house) is a picnic room available. Open 10-15h - not reservable.

Wheelchair & other assistive devices

The gondola lift is at ground level and thus offers uncomplicated boarding with a wheelchair or other assistive device.

In winter, however, the best way to get to the lake and back is with the help of a sledge.

Otherwise, access to the Bergstübli directly at the mountain station is guaranteed.

Large, medium and small lockers are available at the valley and mountain stations. Payment by card, mobile phone or coin.
