There are lots of ways to get to the Oeschinen Lake from the top of the chair-lift. They all take you through stunning alpine scenery.

You reach the deep blue lake in 20 to 30 minutes after crossing alpine meadows and through sunlit pine woods. How about grilling lunch or just relaxing or a row on the lake or a cool swim?
 

Nature lovers will be overwhelmed! The variety of plants is huge: rare orchids and lilies flower here. Many wild animals like chamois, mountain goats, deer, snow hares, marmots and also eagles, black grouse or heron can be observed by the watchful eye.
